Meet The Founder

CPX Estates was founded by Chris Coburn, a Liverpool-based property professional with a background in estate agency, where he sold over £3.6M worth of investment property.

That experience, working closely with investors and guiding them through the full purchase process, shaped exactly why CPX exists.

We're built on a genuine passion for property, paired with a commitment to a high-quality, reliable service for every client we work with.

Chris holds his own portfolio here in Liverpool too, spanning buy-to-let and serviced accommodation, and has spent years studying this market inside out.
